0. End-User License

The iOS application is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. By downloading or using the app, you agree to that EULA in addition to the terms below.

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Harmony Life LLC ("Harmony," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Harmony, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Harmony.

3. Service Description

Harmony Weekly Planner is a local-first planning app that helps you create or write a mission statement, organize roles and goals, and plan around what matters most. Use of the Harmony Weekly Planner app requires an active paid subscription, except to the extent we expressly offer a trial, promotional access period, or free web-based tool.

4. Local Storage

Your mission statement, onboarding answers, goals, reminders, and related planning content are stored locally and encrypted on your device. You are responsible for access to your device, your device security settings, and any backups or exports you choose to use. If you delete the app or erase local Harmony data, that content may be permanently lost.

5. Optional AI Features

AI mission statement drafting is optional. If you choose it, you authorize Harmony to send the answers you provide, along with limited technical metadata, to our service providers so they can generate a first draft for you. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your circumstances, so you should review and edit it before relying on it.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Harmony is a subscription product. Unless we expressly offer a trial, promotional access period, or another free experience, you need an active paid subscription to use the app.

Pricing. Prices are shown at checkout.
Billing providers. iPhone subscriptions are billed through Apple. If another purchase option is offered, the billing provider will be shown at checkout.
Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Management and cancellation. You must manage or cancel your subscription through the provider that handles it.
Refunds. Refunds are handled by the billing provider that processed your purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Harmony, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, violate any law, or use automated means to abuse public website tools or APIs.

8. Disclaimers

Harmony is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Harmony is a planning tool, not legal, medical, financial, mental health, or other professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmony Life LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of Harmony. Our total liability for any claim relating to Harmony will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you have not paid us anything.

10. Termination

You may stop using Harmony at any time by deleting the app and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or limit access to website or API features if we believe you are abusing the service or violating these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Harmony after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
